Since 2018, has been working as a freelance education expert.

In 2020, prepared analysis and recommendations for the National Education Agency on the best ways to assess students, the Review of the European Skills Index for the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP).

In 2018-2019, prepared recommendations of the European Commission for adult education in Hungary, and “Twin Project” recommendations for the education department in Azerbaijan.

Participation in national and international (OECD and European Commission) expert and working groups.
