Lithuania and Israel signed a new programme for cooperation in the fields of education, science and culture
A renewed programme for cooperation in the fields of education, science, culture, youth, and sports for 2023-2026 was signed between the governments of Lithuania and Israel in Jerusalem on the 2nd of March.
The programme establishes a continued cooperation between the two countries in education, science, culture, youth, and sports activities, financing of bilateral cultural projects and academic exchange programmes. It also promotes cooperation between Lithuania and Israel’s higher education and culture institutions, international organizations.
The programme comes into effect on the date of its signature. It is renewed every few years.
